We built a Custom Home on a Sprawling Estate with Expansive views. Everything about this project was about creating spacious open floor plans that turned the home into an entertainer's delight.

One of the family's main goals was to create a flow that allowed for easy movement from one room to another. They wanted to be in their kitchen preparing and serving their meals while family members interacted during their daily activities.

They also loved to entertain and felt that the open floor plans allowed for them to prepare and serve their gourmet meals while family and friends freely socialized and easily moved around creating that seamless social connection.

When we built out the upstairs, we carried that same theme into designing the bedrooms, bathrooms and family areas.

Needless to say, this family has really enjoyed their new home while sharing that happiness with close ones.
